The scope of supply of a ZF Marine electronics control system will be defined by AT LEAST the following items. It is important that the following items are clarified and confirmed by ZF dealers, or by ZF manufacturers for some special applications.
1. How many engine/gearbox
2. Engine brand
3. Is the engine throttle mechanical or electronics?
4. Gearbox brand
5. Is the gearbox mechanical shift or solenoid shift?
6. How many control station
7. Is the trolling function required?
8. Is the engine synchronization required?
9. The length between control station to processor and processor to engine/gearbox
